We’re experiencing an outage in our Singapore (SGP) region due to a hardware failure.

Earlier today, our Singapore (SGP) node experienced a critical hardware failure involving the cooling system and RAM modules. To prevent further damage, the servers were automatically shut down. This led to temporary unavailability of hosted servers and dashboard access for a few users in the region.
Our engineers immediately contacted the data center operations team, who identified that one of the cooling units had malfunctioned, leading to system overheating and partial RAM failure. Replacement components have already been installed, and systems are now undergoing stress testing before being fully brought back online.
We expect all services to be restored within 1 hour, before 11:30 PM IST / 2:00 PM SGT. Other regions continue to operate normally.
